Woke up to a charming view of the river. The staff greeted us warmly at check-in, making our stay feel special right from the start.

Unfortunately, the walls felt thin, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which interrupted my sleep a few times during the night.

The room had a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries. A nice view of the Medway River. It was clean and cozy, with heating and a comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast included various options like hot cooked dishes. Free parking was a huge plus, and it was easy to get to the nearby attractions.

The staff here really go above and beyond to. I walked in, and they remembered my name as if we were old pals. The WiFi was solid, which is excellent in some places you stay these days. The location was clutch for getting to the high street fast.

It wasn’t cheap, but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.

The small double room felt quite cramped, a bit like a bed shoved into a corner. While the staff were courteous and attentive, their discomfort seemed palpable. Despite some claims of excellent meals, the experience didn’t match the expectations.

There was a kettle for hot drinks, which I appreciated. The location had easy access to local attractions, including a lovely walk to Rochester. my experience had several downsides. The heating in my room didn't work properly. The bathroom was quite warm due to the towel rail, which seemed overly hot and uncomfortable. I struggled with limited dining options for breakfast. There was only a choice of greasy fried eggs and limited other items. The parking situation wasn't great either, with only a small lot available, making it tough to find a spot.

The lovely, welcoming atmosphere in the George Bar and Lounge made it a perfect spot for relaxation, with cozy furnishings and genuine charm that reminded me of a quaint English tearoom.

More accessible dining options would be appreciated.

I really loved how the staff found an item I left in my room and had it ready for me at reception. the shower was also fantastic with great water pressure. I took advantage of the peaceful garden and relaxing lounge area during my stay. The only thing was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, I had a great time and would recommend it! 🌟
